Terms and Conditions

This is a privately owned reference service with no government, Sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation. It is not a consumer reporting agency, private investigation firm, or provider of consumer reports under the FCRA. It and its advertising partners do not provide FCRA-covered services.

Service and Acceptable Use

The service points visitors toward Iron County and Michigan record resources. It stores no official records, cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document. Users must comply with law, avoid harassment or threats, not try unauthorized access, not use bots or scrapers, and not interfere with access by others.

Users may not use information from this service for employment, housing, credit, insurance, licensing, government-program eligibility, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated decision. No background check, credit report, or consumer report is provided.

Links, Accuracy, and Warranties

Links may lead to sheriff, jail, court, corrections, legal-aid, government, and third-party services. Those services are independent and are not endorsed; their content, privacy practices, availability, and results are outside our control. Custody and court information can change quickly.

The service is offered as is and as available, without a warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, uninterrupted operation, security, error-free use, or thorough partner results. Nothing here is an official statement from a public office.

Liability and Ownership

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this service. Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from their use or breach of these terms, including reasonable legal fees. Text, graphics, marks, and code belong to Iron County Busted Mugshots or its content partners and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms or limit or revoke access at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted. Michigan law governs these terms, and disputes must be brought in courts within Michigan. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision is adjusted only as necessary. Questions may be sent through Get in Touch.
